- All Washed Up are not responsible for colour runs or shrinkage during washing.
- Please check all items suitability before laundering as we cannot check every item. All service washes will be washed at 30oC unless otherwise specified.
- All items must be collected within 12 weeks otherwise they will be disposed of.
- We reserve the right to refuse to clean any item.
- This is a ‘service only’ outlet.
- By trusting us with your items you recognise that we may not be using perchlorethylene (”dry cleaning”) to clean your clothes (as might be indicated on the care label), and that we will be using our Lagoon wet cleaning technology for delicate garments and upholstery.
- Any item without a care label will be cleaned at customers own risk.
- Curtains and upholstery may be subject to material relaxation or shrinkage of up to 5%. Please allow for this with lining length or cover size.
- All curtain and upholstery settlement is at customers own risk.
- Lost or damaged claims may not exceed x10 cleaning price.
- We do not guarantee to move all stains from garments or upholstery. We will try all available methods to achieve stain removal but in some instances it is not possible.
- Wear and tear on garments may be exaggerted by cleaning. This is sometimes impossible to predict beforehand. This is most prevalent on vinyl stick on lettering and weak stitching but can occur in other instances.
- In cases of alleged damage a full inspection of the item will need to be carried out. This may take a few days. A detailed report will need to be filled in by the customer at this time. All Washed Up will investigate the case and report back to the claimant.
- In cases of alleged loss of garment the claimant must fill in a lost item report. A seven day buffer period will then take place to allow for the item to be located if possible. Washed Up will investigate the case and report back to the claimant and arrange restitution if applicable.
- Any type of verbal or physical abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated. Police will be notified. CCTV in operation.
