Q. Am I required
to sign a contract for services?
A. No, we offer
our services to you on a contracted or non-contracted basis
and provide you with weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and one-time
services.
Q. What services
will you provide in my office?
A. We start
with a consultation, so we may better understand your needs
and expectations. According to your needs, we perform all the
duties listed on our services page, unless otherwise requested.
All of our cleaning professionals are highly trained to clean
your office and must meet our high expectations.
Q. How do you
access my property?
A. We must
be able to access your property in order to provide you with
the services you have requested. There are several ways to accomplish
this; you can leave a key on file in our safe, leave the key
in a designated area or you can meet the cleaner. The easiest
way for us to provide you with service is to leave a key on
file.
Q. How many
people will be in my office at one time?
A. Usually,
two people clean your office. If the appointment is to clean
multiple offices or floors, or you have requested a special
project such as spring cleaning, we may send 3-4 people depending
on the size of the project.
Q. Do I have
to be present at the time of the scheduled cleaning?
A. This option
is totally up to you. Most of our clients are not. For security
reasons, only the professional who cleans your business has
access keys.
Q. What are
the cancellation/rescheduling policies?
A. If it’s
necessary to cancel your regular cleaning day, we require 24-hour
advanced notice.
Q. How long will my carpets take
to dry?
A. Most carpets
are dry within 2 - 3 hours, some take longer dependant on the
level of soilage, atmospheric conditions and the type of fibre.
We can assist the drying process with the use of air movers.
Q. Do you move furniture?
A. We will
move most furnishings such as tables, chairs, sofas to allow
us to clean underneath. All we ask is that you move all small,
breakable and valuable items that may be in the way during the
cleaning process.
Q. Will my carpet shrink?
A. Shrinkage
can be caused by overwetting the carpet. The machinery we use
has 3 high powered vacuums which ensures no excess water remains
in the carpet following the rinsing process. However there are
particular carpets that are prone to shrinkage. We will highlight
any potential problem at the time of survey and advise on measures
for prevention.
Q. How long will it take to clean
my carpets?
A. At the time
of survey we will be able to give you a more accurate timescale.
Q. How often should a carpet be cleaned?
A. On average,
a carpet should be cleaned at 6 monthly intervals. However the
frequency of cleaning will vary depending upon the number of
occupants in the household and level of usage.
Q. Can you remove pet odours?
A. Yes we can
take care of the odour.
